Jeremy Bouknight

Jeremy Bouknight, Broker In Charge at Reedy Property Group, brings over a decade of real estate experience and has been part of hundreds of transactions across a wide range of asset classes, including land, residential, office, flex, industrial, multi-family properties, and property management. Originally from the Columbia/Irmo area and now living in the Upstate for over 20 years, Jeremy is a 2007 graduate of Clemson University. Before joining Reedy Property Group, he founded and led his own brokerage, later serving as Broker In Charge from 2021 to 2024.

Jeremy’s broad expertise allows him to handle all aspects of real estate transactions with precision, offering clients valuable insights across multiple markets. As Chairman of the Board at Flourish Adoption Ministry, he also demonstrates a deep commitment to his community.

Outside of work, Jeremy values spending time with his wife, Laura, and their two sons, Judah and Bowen. He enjoys golfing and outdoor activities, which help him maintain a well-rounded and energized approach to his work. This balance of family, recreation, and professional dedication drives his success and commitment to delivering exceptional results for his clients.

Robert Boozer

With more than 25 years of experience in construction, real estate sales, and development, Robert brings a comprehensive, hands-on perspective to every client relationship. Growing up in the building supply industry, he developed an early understanding of how homes and communities are built from the ground up—knowledge that continues to benefit his clients today.

Robert specializes in a wide range of real estate services, including traditional residential sales, investment properties, multi-family development sales and marketing, and large-scale multi-family transactions. His background as a builder allows him to provide an added level of insight, detail, and problem-solving that sets him apart and helps clients make confident, well-informed decisions.

Outside of real estate, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife, Allison, and their two sons, Greyson and Ellis. When he’s not working with clients, you’ll often find him on the lake, on the golf course, or coaching his sons in their sports activities.

Lauren Capelli

Lauren grew up in Anderson, SC and has lived in the Upstate the majority of her life. She loves the growing food scene, community parks, and different breweries and wineries around town. After graduating from Clemson University with a BS in Business Administration, she went on to pursue her masters in Health Administration. Prior to working in real estate, Lauren worked in various capacities with nonprofits in the upstate and in Charlotte. Lauren loves to help people! Her goal is to make the home buying process as seamless as it can be for each of her clients! She aims to make one of the biggest purchases most people will make, one that is easy, fun, and enjoyable. Lauren and her husband, Ryan, have been married for 9 years and have two wild little boys and two German Shepherds. They love traveling, working out, and spending time together doing anything!

Sarabeth McClellan

Born and raised in Anderson, South Carolina, Sarabeth McClellan has a deep-rooted connection to the Upstate and a genuine passion for serving the community she proudly calls home. She attended Belton-Honea Path High School, where she earned her cosmetology license through the Career Center program—launching her career in a people-focused industry and building the foundation for meaningful, lasting client relationships.

After high school, Sarabeth worked full time as a cosmetologist while attending Tri-County Technical College, where she earned her degree in Business Administration—further strengthening her foundation in client service and professional excellence. Through years of hands-on client interaction, she discovered her true passion for building meaningful relationships, understanding her clients’ needs, and helping them feel confident, supported, and informed throughout important life decisions.

Recently earning her real estate license, Sarabeth brings her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and relationship-focused approach into the real estate world. Christian Riffee

Originally from Fredericksburg, Virginia, Christian has proudly called Upstate South Carolina home for over a decade. A firm believer in the saying, “There’s something in these hills,” he fell in love with the region during his time at Clemson University—and never looked back.

While at Clemson, Christian was actively involved in numerous campus organizations, forging lasting relationships and gaining valuable leadership experience. These connections sparked several passion projects, including a culinary venture in Charleston. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and began his career in the logistics industry, working his way from broker to account executive. Through it all, he discovered his true passion: working with people. That passion, combined with his strong communication and problem-solving skills, naturally led him to a career in real estate.

Christian’s enthusiasm for the Upstate is matched only by his love for the outdoors and Clemson sports. When he’s not attending a game or exploring local trails, you’ll likely find him with his Goldendoodle, Cooper, enjoying everything from Unity Park to Paris Mountain—or visiting one of Greenville’s many local restaurants and gathering spots.

Selvy Sieber

Born and raised in Greenville, SC, Selvy has deep roots in the Upstate and a true love for the community she calls home. She earned her degree in Marketing from Clemson University and spent eight years in IT sales, where she developed strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills.

She later spent five years at home raising her two daughters, strengthening her ability to manage logistics, multitask, and problem-solve. Skills she now uses to keep every transaction organized and running smoothly. Known for her responsiveness and attention to detail, Selvy works hard to ensure her clients feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

Having lived in several areas across the Upstate, she offers valuable insight into local neighborhoods and market trends, helping clients make well-informed decisions. In the fall, you can find her cheering on the Clemson Tigers, and in the summer, she enjoys time at the pool. A former avid swimmer, she still loves being around the water.

Married for over 10 years, she values time with her husband, daughters, family, and friends, and is passionate about building lasting relationships while helping others find a place to call home.

Brandon Thomas

Brandon has been a member of Reedy Property Group since 2025 and became a licensed real estate agent in 2021. His passion for real estate began in 2014 when he first started investing, and he has since built extensive experience in the Greenville, Spartanburg, and Clemson markets. Alongside his wife, he co-owns The Thomas Promise LLC, a company focused on providing affordable housing options in the Upstate.

A Spartanburg native, Brandon graduated from Dorman High School in 2009 before earning a B.S. in Secondary Education from Clemson University. He went on to complete his MBA at Clemson in 2024.

Brandon was a standout offensive lineman for the Clemson Tigers from 2010–2013, logging 2,765 offensive snaps—the 10th-most in program history at the time. He was a two-time All-ACC selection, earning first-team honors in 2012 and serving as a team captain in 2013. Selected by the San Francisco 49ers in the third round of the 2014 NFL Draft, Brandon went on to play six seasons in the NFL with the 49ers, Detroit Lions, and Jacksonville Jaguars.

After retiring from professional football, Brandon coached at Daniel High School, where he helped lead the program to the 2021 state championship, and later returned to Clemson as an Assistant Offensive Line Coach in 2022.

Today, Brandon combines his competitive drive, leadership, and local expertise to serve clients in real estate. In his free time, he enjoys relaxing on back patios, playing poker, and spending quality time with his family. He and his wife, Colleen, live in the Upstate with their three children—Mary Kate, Leila, and RJ.

Chris Toates

Chris is a native of Greenville and has grown up attending local schools and enjoying all that Greenille and the Upstate has to offer. He is a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in marketing.

He took to the profession quickly having Realtors as parents. Chris has 3 children (15, 14, and 9) and value the quality of life enjoyed by living in the Upstate. They are members of Mitchell Road Presbyterian Church and their kids attend Mitchell Road Christian Academy and Eastside High School.

Chris was awarded the Rising Star award for selling over one million dollars in his first year in the business. His business has continued to grow over the last 14 years with over $100 million in sales volume and 400 homes sold to his credit.He wants you to know that he cannot wait to help with your next move.

Olivia Tucker

Born and raised in Greenville, SC, Olivia Tucker combines her love for the Upstate with a passion for helping others navigate one of life’s biggest decisions—buying or selling a home. A proud Clemson University graduate (Go Tigers!), Olivia was a member of the Rally Cats (Clemson’s Dance Team) and brings that same energy, focus, and team spirit to her real estate career.

After graduating in 2013, Olivia launched a successful career in technology sales and marketing, sharpening her communication and negotiation skills. In 2018, she took a leap and spent a year living in New Zealand, soaking up the culture, scenery, and a new way of life. That bold move sparked her desire to help others find their place in the world—and ultimately led her to real estate.

In 2021, Olivia got her start behind the scenes as a real estate administrator, learning the ins and outs of the industry before earning her license in 2022. Today, she brings her attention to detail, commitment to smooth transactions, and ability to anticipate clients’ needs to help Reedy Residential bring their listings to market or guide a buyer through closing day.

Olivia is newly married (2024!) and shares life with her two beloved dogs, Cory and Dexter. She’s also a certified Pilates instructor, lifelong dancer, and devoted Clemson fan who brings heart, hustle, and homegrown expertise to every client relationship.

Kaleigh Trammell Whims

She’s a graduate of Mauldin High School and The University of South Carolina Upstate, class of 2015. Born and raised in Spartanburg, she moved to the Greenville area in 2006. Jennifer has unparalleled experience in all areas of the Upstate real estate market and has had the pleasure of helping over 400 buyers and sellers accomplish their real estate goals! She’s been honored throughout C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS as #1 Individual Agent for the Pelham Road office for 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 as well as being in the Top 10 Agents in the company from 2013 to 2018. Sam Van Gieson
